SULTAN AND SULTANA PORCELAIN PERFUME BOTTLES.Paris Porcelain second half 19th century, figural porcelain perfume bottles of well adorned Turkish Ottoman figures with appropriate dress and accessories in the form of large scent bottles. The female figure with jeweled turban, black flowing hair and striped scarf with one foot elevated on a pillow sitting atop a gold and blue plinth. The moustachioed gent with similar turban, cape, dagger, saber and shield on similar base. SIZE: 9 1/4″ H, 4 3/4″ W, 2 3/4″ D CONDITION: Sultan having severed and re-glued head and minor base chips. One hand reattached. Sultana having “in manufacture” line across base and into back side, and minor nicks around base, minor repair to right side of robe. 9-93851 (800-1,200) – Lot 2184
