This small example depicting a huntsman amidst classical formal garden scenery with dense foliage in the foreground and classical building to the left middle ground, a figure seated beneath a portico, the huntsman depicted with hunting dogs on a lead, a whip in his right hand, wearing plumed hat, all within a scrolling floral border. SIZE: 6’8″ x 7’7″. CONDITION: Overall even wear with toning in the upper quarter and with minor general deterioration. Fair overall. 9-90640 (800-1,200) – Lot 2154
