FOLK ART SHEET IRON FISH WEATHERVANE. Late 19th century, American. This chisel cut heavy gauge iron example with forged riveted iron strap post mount. The weathervane depicted with pierced eye in silhouette. Now with museum wall mount. SIZE: 26-1/2″ L x 10-1/2″ T. CONDITION: Very good, oxidized surfaces untouched and with remnants of early black and gray paint. 9-91569 (1,000-1,500)
