*WINCHESTER PRE-WAR MODEL 70 BOLT ACTION RIFLE. CAL. 30-06. Standard grade rifle with 24″ tapered, round bbl, ramp front sight with replaced hood, a bbl blank in the rear sight dovetail and the receiver mounted with a Lyman 48WJS sight. The factory swivels have a military style leather sling. The receiver ring is factory tapped and the rear receiver bridge is untapped. SN 22847 CONDITION: Very good. Retains about all of a fine refinish to both metal and wood, bolt body is blued. Wood is sound with rust and oil stains around the buttplate and missing some minor chips.
