*WINCHESTER MODEL 92 SPECIAL ORDER EASTERN CARBINE. CAL: 38 WCF. Standard grade with 20″ round bbl, 2/3 magazine, ivory bead front sight and 3-leaf platinum line carbine sight. Wood is uncheckered with straight stock and Winchester hard rubber shotgun buttplate. SN 971016 CONDITION: Very good. Bbl retains 85-90% thin orig. blue, mag tube retains about 95%. The bbl band has been cold blued, the receiver has flaked to about 70% thin blue under a coating of dried oil and has the appearance of a stainless steel receiver. Wood is sound and retains about all of a fine restored finish. Brilliant shiny bore. 4-44640 JL53 (400-700)
