UNMARKED HEAVY BARREL HALF-STOCK HUNTING AND TARGET RIFLE. CAL. about 42. Unmarked 30-1/2″ oct. bbl, fixed sights, fine tiger striped maple stock, back action lock marked “W.JACOB/LONDON” with lollipop tang sight added to the wrist. 4-pc lightly engraved filigree patch box. Dbl. set triggers with brass furniture. CONDITION: About good. Medium dark patina on the bbl, cleaned lock, missing a sliver in front of the bolster, worn wood, dbl. set triggers function but the hammer will not hold at full-cock. Replaced lg. piece of wood at the toe. Patch box is rather elaborate. 4-45715 (400-700)
