35” TETE JUMEAU BEBE. . Extremely large child with blue paperweight eyes, pierced ears, dimpled chin, open mouth with six upper teeth, finely painted lashes and eyebrows. She is on her original fully jointed composition, marked with paper decal “Bebe Jumeau Diplom d’Honneur”. Back of head is marked “Tete Jumeau” and incised “16” below with a newer long blonde human hair wig and cork pate. She wears a ruffled red cotton dress, under which is a red wool dress lined with red crocheted trim, slip, undies. She wears antique leather and quilted silk boots and white lace gloves. CONDITION: Some paint touch up to jointed wrists, otherwise very good to near excellent. 1-7701 (2,000-3,000)

20-1/2” JUMEAU DEPOSE E9J. Gorgeous bebe with deep blue paperweight eyes with mauve eyeshadowing, open/closed mouth, and pierced ears with spring in head. She is on an 8-ball jointed straight wristed, composition body marked “Jumeau Medaille d’Or, Paris”. She wears an antique ivory silk dress with lace trim and plum jacket and matching bonnet, short blonde mohair wig and German leather shoes. CONDITION: Couple tight cracks in white of right eye, some minor wear at joints, otherwise near excellent. 1-7702 (5,500-7,500)

MISC. LOT OF DOLL ACCESSORIES. Lot consists of white cotton vertically ribbed dress and beautiful white coat with lace trim and for larger dolls (24”). Lot also includes gorgeous gold colored brooch with rope knot with spider web and dangled pinecones and balls. Also pair of earrings with hearts with pink “gems”. 13” IDEAL SHIRLEY TEMPLE DOLL. Cute Shirley with swivel neck, and jointed arms and legs, and original wig. She wears an original tagged red dress with white Scottie dog appliqués and an original Shirley Temple pin. CONDITION: Light crazing to face and body, slight cloudiness to eyes, and loosely strung. Overall very good. 1-7703 (200-250)

SHAKE HANDS WITH UNCLE SAM STRENGTH TESTER. Circa 1940s-50s by Mechanical Antiques & Amusement Company. Exact reproduction of 1908 original. Features cast iron Uncle Sam bust figure with arm extended. Quarter coin mechanism. Squeeze hand and electrified apparatus reveals strength of contestant’s personality. Cast marquee mounted to shoulders, all mounted to wooden base. SIZE: 76” t. CONDITION: Allover repaint of casting and modern electric wiring. Various small chips and usual wear to paint on Sam’s hand. Overall very good. 1-7707 (2,000-3,000)
