Late 19th, early 20th century. The first being a cloth covered album identified as “cigar bands” containing 400+ cigar bands, the highlight being an over-sized campaign promotional cigar band for William H. Taft, circa 1901-1909 complete set of Presidential portrait cigar bands (25), several others with portraits. The second being a re-purposed yearbook having 100+ bands highlighted by a collection of 15 with presidential portraits.
