PAINT DECORATED CHILD’S SLED. Late 19th century, New England. The pine sled with iron framework, the seat board paint decorated in bittersweet and blue panels accented with white scrolls and burgundy bands with chrome yellow edges, the panels with floral designs. The iron work in original black paint with cast gargoyle head mounts. SIZE: 30″ L. CONDITION: Untouched, with minor abrasions. Very good overall. 9-92069 (800-1,200)
