TWO FRENCH ART NOUVEAU ENAMEL PINS. 1) 18kt (tested) yellow gold stick pin has beautifully enameled top with bust of classical woman wearing a winged crown against a rich red background. Crown is set with a tiny rose cut diamond. 2) 18kt (tested) yellow gold brooch is enameled with the bust of a classical woman wearing a winged hat; all against a rich brown background. Brooch is artist signed on the back “P. Thabard Limoges”. Brooch is hallmarked on the clasp and pin, but hallmarks are illegible. SIZE: 3″ l and 1-1/16″ dia respectively. CONDITION: 1) Has tiny chips to edge of enamel. 2) Very good to excellent. 9-25884 (1,000-1,500)
