SWISS CYLINDER MUSIC BOX. Second half 19th century. Rosewood and marquetry case with hinged lid opening to the movement with 8-1/4″ cylinder. Fitted with a damper surmounted by a lyre form lever. SIZE: Case: 5-1/2″ h x 17-1/3″ l x 8-1/4″ d. CONDITION: Box in need of repolishing. Mechanism appears operational. In need of cleaning. Three teeth on comb broken. Otherwise good. 9-25298 (400-600)
