PROVINCIAL HANGING CORNER SHELF. 19th Century. Germany. Five graduated triangular shelves with bowfronts, the lowest shelf fitted with molded frieze drawer. The side panel supports with scalloped edges. Affixed to the back is a partial paper label “Gustav. . .Berlin”. SIZE: 50-1/2″ h x 22-1/2 w x 15-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Cabinet with old dark surfaces. Second shelf support with loss to “lollipop” scroll. Old splits in side panel, otherwise good. 9-26936 (500-800)
