SHERATON MAHOGANY & BIRDSEYE MAPLE SEWING STAND. Circa 1825. Rectangular top with hinged D-form leaves above conforming case fitted with three reverse graduated drawers with birdseye maple fronts and cockbeaded edges, the topmost fitted with hinged baise lined surface. Bottom drawer mounted with fabric bag. Whole raised on baluster turned tapered cylindrical reeded legs with ring turned cuffs. SIZE: 29″ h x 18-1/2″ w closed x 14-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Very good.
