THREE HISTORICAL STAFFORDSHIRE COVERED DISHES. 1) Square form shell border series with harbor scene having rosette finial “Impressed Wood” (Enoch Wood and Sons). 2) Footed oval form with foliage border centered with Asian port scene with figures and pagodas in background having a rosette finial, unmarked. 3) Square form with shaped edge. Foliage and Scroll Border Series. River scene with fishermen, fortress in background with square finial. Impressed mark Clews Staffordshire. SIZE: 1) 9-1/2″. 2) 12-1/2″ X 9-1/2″. 3) 12-1/4″ X 10″ PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: 1) Minor flake to rim underside and cover underside as well as three minor flakes to rosette. 2) Very good condition. 3) Two very minor chips to base rim. 9-26977 (600-900)
