JULIUS CAESAR IBBETSON (United Kingdom 1759-1817) DYLAS FALLS AND MILL, WALES. Watercolor landscape scene shows man on horse crossing a shallow river towards a woman and child. A mill is seen in background under trees. Appears to have a light signature at bottom center. Watercolor has been mounted to heavy paper and framed with ivory matte with artist and title. On reverse is written “Cleaned and remounted by Paul Rees, restorer in watercolors, National Museum of Wales, September 1989.” SIZE: 7-3/4″ x 10-3/4″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-26485 (500-800)
