*WINCHESTER MODEL 61 SMOOTHBORE PUMP RIFLE. Cal. 22LR shot. Round top rifle with 24” tapered round bbl with single silver bead. It has a flat bottom, ribbed forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. It has a rounded crown with a 1/4” diameter bore at the muzzle, which is counterbored 8”. SN 212394. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbl and magazine tube retain 95-97% original blue turning slightly plum. The receiver retains 95-96% original bright blue with edge wear, slightly thinned on the bottom front edge and with some light wear and a spot or two of pitting on the upper rear. Wood is sound and retains 95-96% strong bright original varnish with light scratches and handling marks. Bright shiny bore. 4-50001 JR234 (2,500-3,250)
