RARE AND DESIRABLE N.C. WYETH DUPONT POWDER POSTER. Very colorful poster 30″ by 19-1/2″ copyrighted 1915 by DuPont and printed by the American Colortype Co. The image is gentlemen trap shooters on the line in the background with several spectators at the corner of a clubhouse with two fellows, nicely dressed with one having a box of shotgun shells in a holder on his waist and the other carrying a leg-o-mutton gun case. It is titled “HOW ARE YOU OLD MAN! GLAD TO SEE YOU” with dark green border with red and white DuPont powder advertising at the bottom. CONDITION: Excellent. The image and colors are all crisp with bright clean colors. The very edges are slightly yellowed with one or two small tears to the edges not affecting the image. One of the tears appears to have been taped. There is a small scratch near the bottom of the image. A very rare and desirable poster by a famous artist. 4-45323 JL402 (4,500-7,500)
