*COLT ARGENTINE NAVY GOVERNMENT MODEL SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. CAL 45 ACP. 1941 production Commercial Gov’t. Model with 1911A1 features. Right side of slide below the ejection port is marked “REPUBLICA ARGENTINA/ARMARDA NACIONAL-1941” with standard commercial Colt markings elsewhere and the Argentine crest on top side of slide in front of rear sight. Slide fitted with orig. Schwartz safety, which is complete, with full checkered walnut grips and a 2-tone commercial magazine. SN C199381 CONDITION: Very good. Retains 65-70% orig. finish overall with holster wear and gray grip frame, slightly modified front sight, possibly an old replacement. Grips show heavy wear, strong bore, frosty and dark in the grooves. 4-45395 JL128 (500-1,000)
