TWO HAND PAINTED CUPS & SAUCERS 1) Decorated with allover gold decoration and a central hand painted panel with a winged cherub kissing the hand of a young child. Cup sets on a saucer with gold border and gold drape decoration. Unsigned. SIZE: 4″ t overall. CONDITION: Handle has been broken and reattached. 2) Small cup has red bands at top and bottom with gold stylized flower decoration and a center gold band with white floral decoration. A center circle is hand painted with a beautiful woman holding an arrow with cupid at her side. Cup sets on matching decorated saucer. Both cup and saucer are signed with blue beehive mark. Cup is entitled “Venus” on the underside. Interior of cup is decorated with bright gold. SIZE: 2-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-65234 (150-250)
