WEEDEN VERTICAL STEAM PLANT. This may be an early model based on the heavier gauge metal and the cast metal (vice tin) base and the flywheel cylinder support. The model consists of a black painted firebox 3’4” dia. boiler is polished metal 2’4” dia. removable 3” stack 3-3/4 dia. front hand-operated firebox door which opens to expose the orig fuel box complete with lid and wick. The rear mounted bracket supports the 2-1/2” dia. spoked flywheel and vertical mounted cylinder of 1/4” bore x 1” stroke. Base, flywheel and support bracket painted maroon. Other details include the boiler glass gauge and steam whistle. The firebox door has 8 oval openings for viewing the fire. SIZE: As noted. CONDITION: Very good with minor paint chips and possible cylinder head piece broken off. 1-10554 (300-600)
