12” MASON-TAYLOR. An early doll made in Vermont. This is a sought after doll by not only doll collectors, but folk art people as well! A wood body construction and fully articulated similar to the early mannequin models, pewter feet and pewter hands attached to the wood armature and swiveling at the neck, this blonde hair damsel looks about the country side. CONDITION: Repainting to head. Possible arm replacements. JL 1-2588 (250-350)
