PATENT MODEL: P. WEBER CORPSE-COOLERS. Comes with copy of US Patent Office papers indicating patent #155818 dated October 13th 1874. Wood model has coffin shaped wood box with folding double legs having extension on one end for taller people. Interior fitted pieces for ice and separate cot-like removable piece for body. Top has double hinged lid, one with viewing window. Model is made of walnut and is nicely finished. Side is signed “Corpse Preserver Philipp Weber Pittsburgh, PA.”. SIZE: 7″ h x 13″ l x 4″ at widest.
