SELECTION OF STAFFORDSHIRE FIGURES AND A TWO HANDLED CUP. Second quarter 19th century. Comprised of a large spill vase with cows, a single cow with chain, a covered bowl simulating eggs in a basket, a covered bowl depicting a chick hatching from it’s egg and a large two handled cup depicting a dog hunting and capturing a quail, a full bodied frog within the cup. SIZE: Vase 12″ h. Basket 8″ l. Cup 5 3/4″h. CONDITION: All with varying degrees of wear and crackle to glazing. The vase with restored base, the cow with no visible damage, the basket of eggs with loss to gilding, no other damages noted. The chick basket with multiple rim chips otherwise good. The cup with overall crackelture and spider crack in bottom, froggy intact. 9-91998 (400-800)
