UNSIGNED (European, 19th/20th Century) TWO LANDSCAPE WORKS. Oil on wood panel scenes: One shows five figures on a path in a midday summer landscape. The other show two figures in an evening wooded landscape. Identically housed in period gesso decorated frames. Each of the wood panels had labels which are missing that were attached with red wax stamps. SIZE: 6-1/2″ x 9-1/2″. PROVENANCE: Jane Stradley Estate, Kemblesville, PA & Princess Anne, MD. CONDITION: As found in Estate, both need cleaning and there are some scrapes. Summer scene has crack in panel. 9-91937 (300-500)
