EASTERN PLAINS BEAD DECORATED BAG. Last quarter of the 19th Century. The front of the Native tanned hide bag is decorated in a floral design using thread sewn seed beads in the following colors: Pink, greasy yellow, apple green, dark blue and translucent yellow. The bag has a commercial cloth lining and strap. The back has a small beadwork cross design. SIZE: 6″ l x 6″ w. CONDITION: Overall very good, missing clasp. 9-91749 (300-500)
