The large folding map of the route (undertaken in 1849) is very good with one clean split to a fold. There are 75 plates, 27 in color and 48 in b/w. The text is complete and in addition there are 28 pp. of ads. Plains and Rockies 218(referencing Wheat’s Transmississippi West 4: map 641) and Howes S-505(“d”) calling for 32 pp. of adds.
