ROBERT TOSA (Mid 20th Century) HARBOR GULLS. Large oil on masonite harbor scene shows three white gulls flying over a harbor scene with buildings and boats. The sun reflects a golden yellow on parts of the harbor. Inscribed and signed upper right and dated “1957”. Housed in a flat weathered frame with white liner.
