Oil on canvas tropical scene shows several sailboats on turquoise water with buildings in the foreground and buildings at the base of a hill with red roofs. Two large palm trees on right side. Lower left signed “W.H.”. Heavy impasto work in bright colors. A wonderful impressionistic southern scene. Housed in a wide gilt molded wood frame. SIZE: 16″ x 18″.
