OUTSTANDING 19TH CENTURY LOUIS XV DESIGN FRAME. Each corner having a large scrolled foliate cartouche, sides having similar but smaller cartouches. A medium border with bellflower and raised flower motif. The inner border having a sand finish with fleur di lis interior border. An outstanding frame worthy of any important painting. SIZE: Inside rabbit is 32-3/4″ x 26-1/2″. Overall is 44-3/4″ h x 38-1/2″ w x 3-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Very good with only minor faults. 9-91334 (4,500-6,500)
