ATTRIBUTED TO HENRY (HY) HINTERMEISTER (American, 1897-1972) SCARY CATFISH. Oil on board fishing scene shows a young boy with bamboo rod pulling a large catfish on dock which is head to head with his small dog. The painting is signed “S. Eleanor” which we believe is a pseudonym used by the artist. Housed in a fine reproduction gilt and carved wood frame. SIZE: 12” x 16”. CONDITION: Good. 9-27423 (600-800)
