Oil on canvas portrait shows a young girl in white dress with black belt seated in a fancy chair next to stand with light rose cloth. She holds a colorful bouquet of flowers. Signed lower left “Vivian Milner Akers 1956”. Housed in an outstanding artist carved wood and gilt frame which has large carved signature “25 x 30 Akers 1956”.
