ENGLISH SILVER NAVETTE FORM CRUET STAND, PETER AND ANN BATEMAN, LONDON, 1798. The oval body with loop handle on cylindrical shaft joined to a medial divider, the body with pierced band, floral and foliate chased, raised on scrolled feet. Marked in two places, on base rim and divider. Fitted with four silver mounted bottles, two marked “P & A Bateman, 1798”. SIZE: 9-1/2” h x 7-3/4” l x 5-1/4” w. CONDITION: Medial divider has been cut at each end, otherwise very good condition overall. 9-74774 SM (600-800)
