Standard grade rifle with 25” tapered round bbl, ramp front sight missing the hood, folding middle sight with Griffin & Howe 2-lever side mount containing a Leupold Vari-X III 1.5-5X scope. Mounted in a 1-pc stock with checkered forearm and pistol grip with Monte Carlo comb and solid red Winchester pad. Sling swivels contain a fine sheepskin lined hand tooled Bianchi sling. Accompanied by an original Winchester 4-page advertising brochure listing all the various models of the Model 70 being produced at that time. SN 462447. CONDITION: Fine. Metal retains 95-96% strong bright original blue, thin on floorplate. Wood retains most of an old refinish. Sling and optics are fine. Bright shiny bore. 4-48876 JR650 (500-800)
