PAIRPOINT BOUDOIR LAMP. Four sided reverse painted shade commonly referred to as the Vassar shape is nicely decorated with Victorian floral pattern on two panels with alternating panels of simple floral design. Vibrant orange, purples and green with black highlighting on a clambroth background. Shade is supported by a silver plated cherub base with single step marble foot. Base is signed on the underside “Pairpoint E3018” and a “P” in a diamond. Similar example may be referenced in Pairpoint Lamps by Malakoff, page 142. PROVENANCE: Collection of Ed & Sheila Malakoff. SIZE: Shade is 7” dia. Overall height is 14”. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with wear to silver on base. 5-63066 (1,000-1,500)
