MASSACHUSETTS CHIPPENDALE TIP TOP TEA TABLE. Second half of the 18th Century. The shaped top with serpentine molded edges hinged on an urn form turned standard raised on a tripod base with arched cabriole legs, terminating in ridged and pointed pad feet. SIZE: 28-1/2″ h x top 33″ x 34″. CONDITION: The top nicely re-polished. Old repair to block. Shaft and legs are good. 9-95236 (1,000-1,500)
