EARLY AMERICAN PAINT DECORATED PINE BLANKET BOX, THIRD QUARTER, 19TH CENTURY. The rectangular box with hinged lid fitted to the case on a molded plinth, the whole painted and striated in sienna brown and burnt orange. SIZE: 26-1/2”h x 45-1/2”w x 24-1/4”d. CONDITION: Structurally good with hinge repairs, retaining bright original paint, minor area on lid of a crackled stain. 9-90730 MD (1,000-1,600)
