*SCARCE WINCHESTER MODEL 52C SPORTING RIFLE. Cal. 22 LR. SN 90241C. Beautiful little sporting rifle with 24” tapered rnd bbl, ramp front sight with Lyman 17A globe sight, no provision for a rear sight and has a Lyman 48F receiver sight. Receiver is factory drilled and tapped. It is mounted in a 1-pc straight grain American walnut stock with black forend tip and capped pistol grip with three-diamond checkered forestock and on the pistol grip with cheekpiece and checkered steel buttplate. It is fitted with original deluxe sling swivels, which contain an original type narrow military style leather sling. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new. Retains virtually all of its original bright factory finish to both metal and wood, probably unfired. Bolt rails show little or no wear and it appears to have original dried oil on the bolt body.
