APRICOT STEIFF BEAR. Pre WWI teddy in rare color with so called shoe button eyes, pewter button in left ear with the (underscored) Steiff F mark. He has black stitched nose, mouth and claws, and swivels at the neck, shoulders and hips. He appears to have his original paw pads. SIZE: 14″ (36cm). CONDITION: Mohair condition is relatively good considering age with exception of a bald area on the back of the upper left leg, some loss of mohair on nose and minor moth damage to pads, but overall quite good. 1-7899 (1,500-2,500)
