*SPECIAL ORDER WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 EASTERN CARBINE. Cal. 30 WCF (30-30). SN 349322. Standard carbine with 20″ bbl, full magazine, replacement front and rear sights, rifle buttstock with crescent buttplate. Broken & repaired top tang. CONDITION: Fair. Traces of finish on the bbl with about 80% on the magazine tube, probably an old replacement. No finish on the receiver being silver/gray patina. Stock is cracked and heavily sanded. Forearm an old replacement, probably homemade. Good mechanics, strong bore, dark in the grooves. From the collection of the late Bruce McDowell. 4-54603 JR171 (300-500)
