REGENCE KINGWOOD AND WALNUT POUDREUSE WITH MARQUETRY. Late 18th/early 19th Century. The rectangular cabinet with three hinged lids opening to fabric-lined compartments, the central lid with a marquetry floral-filled urn, having a mirrorplate on the interior, above a dressing slide over a shallow drawer flanked by faux drawers, raised on square tapered legs, the whole crossbanded and centering panels of matched veneers. SIZE: 29-3/4″ h. x 29-1/2″ l. x 17″ d. CONDITION: Structurally very good. Veneers missing on right legs facing and right lid inside edge. 9-95193 (1,000-1,500)
