AUTOGRAPH FRAMED DOCUMENT PERTAINING TO THE JAMES CUDWORTH (OWNERS OF JAMESTOWN IRONWORKS). The document dated 1704. The front side with three-quarter page of writing followed by nineteen signatures with red wax seals. Backside with a third of page of writing an added piece of paper having four signatures and four seals. The document pertains to the agreement for rights of land and water for James Cudworth and the letter is signed by Thomas Leonard. Housed between glass and a molded wood frame. TOTAL SIZE: 13-1/2” x 10-1/4”. SIGHT SIZE: 11-3/4” x 8-3/4”. CONDITION: Folds and stains, some separation, generally good. 9-90008 SM (200-400)
