ACID ETCHED CAMEO WINDOWS. Spectacular set of four acid cut cameo windows depict the four stages of a woman’s life. The first window done in red cut to frosted clear shows a stork holding a basket in it’s mouth with baby in the basket. Young children stand before the stork amongst finely detailed flowers and foliage. Within the undercover, are small animals and toys. The second stage in red cut to frosted clear depicts a young woman in flowing gown walking under an archway of roses with a heart hanging above. The detailed foreground depicts lovely foliage partially concealing a jewel chest. Small animals hide in the underbrush and a pair of lovebirds are perched on a limb. The third stage in blue cut to frosted clear depicts a mother with young child again beautifully detailed flowers and foliage surround the scene and reveal cats and kittens playing in the grass in front of the child while birds fly in upper corner of window. The final stage in blue cut to frosted clear depicts an elderly woman in hooded cape walking with cane through winter scene of barren branches and snow on the ground.
