TWO JACQUARD COVERLETS. 1) Blue, white, red and gold coverlet signed “John-Mel-Linger 1837” with signature blocks in two corners. Decoration of flowers with a bird border. Made in two pieces. SIZE: 90” x 63”. CONDITION: Generally good. 2) Red and white coverlet. One piece coverlet has central domed building dated “1868”. Corners with figures “Hail Columbia”. Fringe border on three sides.
