PAPER LITHO GERMAN WAREHOUSE. Early 20th century elaborate blue roof warehouse with a working elevator. A most elaborate toy for a child, this example has a functioning elevator that goes from the first to the third floor. Finely lithographed paper sides and glass windows, this unit is contained on a wooden base and still retains original wooden crates marked “flour”, “wheat”, etc. SIZE: 21″ high x 11-1/2″ wide x 14″ deep. CONDITION: Overall condition is fair with deterioration and loss to paper siding, lacking a few wood cornice moldings. 1-7739 (400-800)
