WONDERFUL SPLINT MELON WALL BASKET. Small half melon basket with tightly woven splint craftsmanship has very nice patina. Inscription written on interior of basket which appears to say “1855” and the name of a town ending in “field”. SIZE: 7-1/2” w x 7-1/2” h. CONDITION: Very good with nice old patina coloration. 9-71878 (200-400)
