FINE SHERATON INLAID CARVED MAHOGANY TWO-DRAWER SIDE TABLE. Circa 1830, Massachusetts, North Shore. This nice example with rectangular top and molded edges above the conforming frieze fitted with two long drawers flanked by birdseye maple rectangular panels, the whole with satinwood string inlays and with cockbeaded edges, raised on acanthus carved ring turned tapering cylindrical rope twist legs with ringed cuffs and small ball feet. SIZE: 29″ h x 28″ w x 19″ d. CONDITION: Very good overall. Cleaned old surfaces. Quality replaced brasses. 9-95226 (2,000-3,000)
