CHRISTIAN HACKER DOLL’S HOUSE. This large six room doll’s house opens from the front and has had decals of flowers and angels glued on the exterior and interior of the house. The porches, doors and roof brackets remain in their original condition. Instead of a lithograph paper roof, there are shingles applied to the roof. An electric elevator is found in the center rooms of the house which moves from the first to the second floors. (This needs repair work to operate). The house has its original wiring for electricity which likely needs repair. Floor papers are missing in most rooms with remnants in the halls. Four larger rooms measure approximately 12″ l x 12″ w x 16″ d. SIZE: Overall approx. 43″ w x 33″ d x 42″ h. CONDITION: Overall good structurally; has been over painted. The widow’s walk, railing at the front dormer and on the main roof of the porch are missing. 1-8461 AM (2,000-4,000)
