AMPHORA VASE. Exceptional large Amphora vase has wide shouldered body with long neck in naturalistic design with blue, green, brown and white glaze. Vase is decorated with a farmer and two work horses standing on the wide flaring body. Signed on the underside “Amphora Austria”; with each word within an oval, also signed with a crown mark as well as Imperial Amphora mark also impressed with “4782” as well as “25” and a script letter “G”. SIZE: 18-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Bottom of vase has been drilled, otherwise very good to excellent. 9-71047 (2,000-3,000)
