The chest having a molded edge overhanging top with four graduated drawers, each outfitted with two replaced oval bale handled brasses in thistle design. The molded base raised on bold shaped and carved ogee bracket feet. Hartford, Connecticut area, Circa 1770-1790. SIZE: 32” h x 40-1/2” w x 21-3/4” d. CONDITION: Very good.
