DAUM NANCY PRAIRIE VASE. Wonderful large prairie vase has slightly flaring top, flattened to create a five-sided mouth. This extremely large example of a prairie piece unfortunately has a crack of approx. 2” in length running horizontally about 1-1/2” up from the foot. The enameled cameo field flowers are beautifully painted in bright fresh colors. The green grass is nice bright green and the sky is vivid pink. Signed on the underside with engraved and gilt signature “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7-1/4” t x 5-3/4” w. CONDITION: Crack as noted above, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-63038 (2,000-4,000)
